PVC Card Store आपके orders को safely और on-time deliver करने के लिए committed है। यह Shipping Policy आपको बताती है कि हमारी shipping process कैसे काम करती है।

हम Pan India delivery provide करते हैं। अधिकतर orders 5-7 business days में deliver हो जाते हैं। Express delivery option भी available है!

1. Shipping Options (शिपिंग विकल्प)

Express Shipping

₹150 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking
  • Coverage: Metro cities & major towns
  • Priority Processing: Order gets priority

Bulk Order Shipping

Custom based on quantity
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
  • For Orders: 100+ cards
  • Special Packaging: Secure bulk packaging
  • Contact for Quote: Special rates available

2. Delivery Coverage (डिलीवरी क्षेत्र)

2.1 हम कहाँ deliver करते हैं:

  • ✅ All India: सभी states और union territories
  • ✅ Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.
  • ✅ Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, Patna, etc.
  • ✅ Remote Areas: हिमाचल, उत्तराखंड, पूर्वोत्तर राज्य, J&K

Remote Area Delivery

कुछ remote locations में delivery में extra 2-3 days लग सकते हैं और additional shipping charges (₹50-100) apply हो सकते हैं।

3. Delivery Timeline (डिलीवरी समय)

नोट: ये timelines approximate हैं और actual delivery time courier partner और location पर depend करता है। Sundays और public holidays में delivery नहीं होती।

4. Order Processing Steps

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Payment success होने के बाद order confirm होता है और आपको confirmation email/SMS मिलता है।

Step 2: Design Approval (if required)

Custom orders के लिए design proof आपको भेजा जाता है approval के लिए।

Step 3: Production

Design approval के बाद production start होता है। आपको production status update मिलता है।

Step 4: Quality Check

Production के बाद हर card की quality check होती है।

Step 5: Packaging

Cards को securely pack किया जाता है damage-free delivery के लिए।

Step 6: Dispatch

Order dispatch होता है और आपको tracking details मिलते हैं।

Step 7: Out for Delivery

Order आपके local delivery center पहुंचता है और delivery के लिए निकलता है।

Step 8: Delivered

आपको order receive होता है। OTP/signature required हो सकता है।

5. Order Tracking (ऑर्डर ट्रैकिंग)

5.1 कैसे Track करें:

  1. Login करें: अपने account में login करें
  2. My Orders: "My Orders" section में जाएं
  3. Track Order: अपने order पर click करें
  4. Tracking Link: Courier tracking link use करें

Tracking Information Includes:

  • Order dispatch date और time
  • Current location
  • Expected delivery date
  • Delivery status updates
  • Courier partner details

5.2 Tracking Updates:

  • SMS Updates: आपको SMS notifications मिलेंगे
  • Email Updates: Order status emails भेजी जाएंगी
  • WhatsApp Updates: WhatsApp पर भी updates मिलेंगे (if opted in)
  • Real-time Tracking: Tracking link से live location देख सकते हैं

6. Packaging (पैकेजिंग)

6.1 हमारी Packaging Standards:

  • Protective Packaging: Bubble wrap या foam padding
  • Water-resistant: Plastic covering for moisture protection
  • Sturdy Box: Strong corrugated boxes
  • Tamper-proof Seal: Security seal के साथ
  • Branded Packaging: Professional PVC Card Store packaging

6.2 Bulk Orders:

  • Multiple boxes में divide करके भेजा जाता है
  • Each box clearly labeled होता है
  • Extra protective packaging
  • Pallet shipping for very large orders

7. Shipping Charges (शिपिंग शुल्क)

8. Delivery Terms & Conditions

8.1 Delivery Address:

  • Accurate और complete address provide करें
  • Landmark mention करें (if possible)
  • Working phone number दें
  • Address change order dispatch के बाद possible नहीं है

8.2 Delivery Attempts:

  • Maximum 3 attempts: Courier partner 3 बार delivery का प्रयास करेगा
  • If not available: Contact number पर call/SMS आएगा
  • After 3 failed attempts: Order warehouse को return हो जाएगा
  • Re-delivery charges: Failed delivery के बाद re-delivery के लिए ₹100 charge लगेगा

8.3 Delivery Verification:

  • OTP verification हो सकता है (high value orders के लिए)
  • ID proof दिखाना पड़ सकता है
  • Signature required हो सकता है
  • Package inspect करने का अधिकार है delivery के समय

महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

Delivery के समय package की condition check करें। अगर package damaged लगे तो courier person के सामने ही open करके check करें और video record करें। बाद में damage complaint accept नहीं होगी अगर delivery receipt sign कर दिया गया हो।

9. Shipping Restrictions

9.1 हम नहीं भेज सकते:

  • PO Box addresses (physical address required)
  • Areas under curfew या restrictions
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries outside India (currently domestic only)

9.2 Delayed Deliveries:

Delivery delays हो सकती हैं निम्नलिखित कारणों से:

  • Natural calamities (बाढ़, तूफान, etc.)
  • Political unrest या strikes
  • Public holidays
  • COVID-19 या अन्य pandemic situations
  • Incorrect address या contact details
  • Remote location accessibility issues

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

10.1 Lost in Transit:

अगर आपका order lost हो जाता है:

  1. हम courier partner के साथ investigation शुरू करेंगे
  2. 7 days के अंदर status update मिलेगा
  3. अगर order नहीं मिलता, तो:
    • Free replacement भेजेंगे, या
    • Full refund process करेंगे

10.2 Damaged in Transit:

अगर package damaged condition में मिले:

  1. Delivery accept करने से पहले courier person के सामने check करें
  2. Photos/video record करें
  3. 24 hours के अंदर हमें inform करें
  4. हम free replacement भेजेंगे
