Refund & Return Policy - ग्राहक संतुष्टि हमारी प्राथमिकता

PVC Card Store में, हम अपने customers की satisfaction को लेकर committed हैं। यह Refund Policy आपको बताती है कि आप कब और कैसे refund या replacement के लिए eligible हैं।

हमारा वादा

अगर आप अपने order से satisfied नहीं हैं, तो हम आपको 100% refund या replacement देंगे। बस नीचे दिए गए terms और conditions follow करें।

1. Refund Eligibility (रिफंड पात्रता)

1.1 कब आप Refund के लिए Eligible हैं:

Full Refund के Cases:

  • Order Cancellation (Before Production): अगर आपका order production में नहीं गया है
  • Wrong Product Delivered: अगर आपको गलत product मिला है
  • Defective Product: Manufacturing defects के case में
  • Damaged in Transit: Delivery के दौरान damage हुआ product
  • Poor Quality: Product quality standards meet नहीं करता
  • Not as Described: Product description से match नहीं करता

Partial Refund (50%) के Cases:

  • Cancellation During Production: Order production में है लेकिन dispatch नहीं हुआ
  • Minor Defects: छोटी-मोटी खामियां जो usage को affect नहीं करतीं
  • Color Variation: 15% से ज्यादा color difference (screen vs actual print)

No Refund के Cases:

  • After Dispatch: Order dispatch हो चुका है
  • Custom/Personalized Products: Specially designed products (unless defective)
  • Change of Mind: आप बाद में अपना mind change कर दिया
  • After 2 days: Delivery के 2 days बाद
  • Damaged by Customer: आपने खुद product damage किया
  • Used Product: Already use में लाया गया product
  • Missing Packaging: Original packaging के बिना

2. Refund Timeline (रिफंड समय सीमा)

3. Return & Replacement Policy

3.1 Return Conditions:

  • Timeframe: Delivery के 2 days के अंदर return request करें
  • Product Condition: Product unused और original packaging में होना चाहिए
  • Proof Required: Order invoice और product photos जरूरी हैं
  • Return Shipping: Defective products के लिए free pickup, अन्य cases में shipping customer bear करेगा

3.2 Replacement Process:

Free Replacement Available for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged in transit
  • Poor print quality

Replacement Timeline: 5-7 business days after return approval

5. Refund Method (रिफंड का तरीका)

5.1 Refund कहाँ आएगा:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund आपके original payment method में credit होगा
  • UPI Payment: UPI account में direct refund
  • Net Banking: Bank account में refund
  • Card Payment: Credit/Debit card में refund
  • Bank Transfer: Special cases में direct bank transfer (provide account details)

5.2 Refund Processing Time:

6. Refund Amount Calculation

6.1 What is Refunded:

  • ✅ Product Price: Full या partial product price
  • ✅ Shipping Charges: Defective/wrong product के case में
  • ❌ Design Charges: Non-refundable (if custom design made)
  • ❌ Payment Gateway Fees: Non-refundable
  • ❌ COD Charges: Non-refundable (if applicable)

6.2 Refund Calculation Examples:

Example 1: Full Refund

Product Price: ₹500
Shipping: ₹50
Reason: Defective Product
Refund Amount: ₹550

Example 2: Partial Refund

Product Price: ₹1000
Shipping: ₹0 (Free)
Reason: Cancellation during production
Cancellation Charges: 50%
Refund Amount: ₹500

7. Required Documents (जरूरी दस्तावेज)

Refund process करने के लिए निम्नलिखित documents required हैं:

  • Order Confirmation Email - Order number proof के लिए
  • Invoice/Bill - Payment proof के लिए
  • Product Photos - Defect/damage show करने के लिए (clear photos, multiple angles)
  • Packaging Photos - Original packaging with product
  • Delivery Receipt - Delivery proof के लिए
  • ID Proof - Identity verification के लिए (if required)
  • Bank Details - Bank transfer के case में (Account number, IFSC, Account holder name)

8. Non-Refundable Items

निम्नलिखित items refundable नहीं हैं:

  • Personalized/Custom Products: जब तक defective न हो
  • Bulk Orders: 100+ cards (unless quality issue)
  • Discounted Products: Clearance sale items
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable
  • Promotional Offers: Special offer products
  • Digital Products: E-designs या soft copies

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Color Variation:

Screen पर दिखने वाले colors और actual print में 10-15% variation normal है। इसके लिए refund नहीं दी जाएगी जब तक variation 15% से ज्यादा न हो।

9.2 Design Approval:

अगर आपने design approve किया है production से पहले, तो design-related issues के लिए refund नहीं मिलेगा।

9.3 Delayed Delivery:

Delivery delays के लिए refund नहीं दी जाती, लेकिन reasonable delay के case में compensation दिया जा सकता है।

9.4 Lost in Transit:

अगर product delivery के दौरान lost हो जाता है, तो हम:

  • Investigation करेंगे courier partner के साथ
  • Replacement भेजेंगे (free of cost)
  • या Full refund देंगे (customer की choice)

10. Quality Assurance

हम refunds minimize करने के लिए ये steps लेते हैं:

  • सभी products की strict quality check
  • Production के बाद visual inspection
  • Dispatch से पहले packaging check
  • High-quality materials का use
  • Professional design team का support
  • Customer को design preview भेजना
